Dear Reader,

I would like to introduce you to Romantically Yours; the monthly e-zine designed with you, the budding romance writer, in mind.

You're probably asking yourself why we at AWAI felt the need to create this love letter. We felt as a student enrolled in Writing for Love or Money, you deserved to hear the buzz in the industry firsthand. Contrary to popular belief, too much knowledge is not a dangerous thing.

Each month the contributors to Romantically Yours will provide you with updated industry news. We will let you know who the movers and shakers of the publishing industry are, and which publishing houses are looking for manuscripts. We'll also tell you how to go about querying those houses.

Periodically, we'll feature romance writers, editors, agents, and even hunky cover models, all at the top of their game. We'll cover the business side of this very rewarding and at times lucrative career. And we'll answer your questions.

Coming later this month, our Valentine's edition will feature New York Times Best Selling author, Heather Graham. Heather writes as Heather Graham, Heather Graham Pozzessere and Shannon Drake. This prolific author has written over one hundred books and has over 20 million books in print. Many of Heather's novels are featured by the Doubleday Book Club and the Literary Guild. She has been published in more than fifteen languages.

We are especially proud of Heather because she is a home girl. Our featured Florida author lives with her husband and five children in Miami and loves to ballroom dance.
